Our iberico campo ham shoulder comes from 50% iberian pork breed, raised outdoors in different parts of Extremadura.Fed on natural grasses and cereals.

We cure our ham shoulders air dried in natural bodegas (cellars) for at least 365 days.

Rich in nuances and intense in flavours. The aroma persists even after tasting it.

Its taste is more intense than ham’s, which makes it better adapted to those palates accustomed to the strongest and most cured flavours.

Each portion has been hand carved by a Master Carver.

To enjoy it at its best, allow it to warm up to room temperature.
