Our iberico campo ham comes from 50% iberian pork breed, raised outdoors in different parts of Extremadura. Fed on natural grasses and cereals.

We cure our hams air dried in natural bodegas (cellars) for at least 730 days.

Rich in nuances and intense in flavours. The aroma persist even after tasting it.

Each portion has been hand carved by a Master Carver.
